A late Victorian 12" trunk dial clock with a in a figured mahogany case , shaped 4 pillar fusee movement of 8 day duration , The Dial is signed Smith of Sheffield , who are recorded working circa 1862 . It has the original Trefoil hands and brass Bezel with old glass . This is a good example of a Drop Dial wall clock and has the Lentcel to see the pendulum bob swing , Viewing recommended -but click to see close up pictures .
