A good 12" dial , fusee wall clock in a mellow , mahogany case. The movement is single fusee has square plates with fine original Steel Hands and runs for 8 days with chain fusee movement . The enamelled dial is signed Arthur Saunders of 3 Southampton Row , London . who is recorded working from 1849 . Arthur Saunder sold fine watches as well as good quality clocks from this prestigious address , this clock would date to around 1880-90 .The case has two doors - the side door held with a latch the convex bottom door held with a latch and Key .
