A superb Bracket clock with Strike-Silent feature to the side of the Convex enamelled dial showing Roman numerals and the Makers name Frodsham Gracechurch Street, London. Very decorative with carving to the front,Architectual Pediment and standing on egyptian inspired bracket feet.The Double fusee movement which is also engraved with the makers name is typical, high quality clock making you would expect from such a well known maker in London of this period, circa 1850-60. Striking hourly on a bell.
