A good William the 4th period mahogany bracket clock with bell strike, pull repeat and strike-silent lever. Signed to the dial Dwerrihouse, Carter & Co, Davies Street, Berkeley Square, London. The highly figured mahogany case with brass inlays and fish-scale frets standing on brass beehive feet. The substantial twin fusee movement with heavy pendulum bob is engraved with the Greek key design to the edges of the movement and around the pendulum. Supplied with the bracket it stands on in the picture. Sold fully retored with a 12 month guarantee.
