A Mahogany cased Longcase clock with walnut cross banding and panelling below the door and in the base , quater columns to the trunk and the hood is decorated with Swan necks which have extra detailing which we have not seen before and an Acorn finial , the dial is the original painted with phases of the moon to the arch and also seconds and Calendar within the Chapter ring and signed by the Clockmaker Ault and Son of Belper ( circa 1850 ). 8 day duration, Striking the hours on a bell
