Early Jules Carriage clock
An early carriage clock with a one piece engraved case in original condition with the Leather carry-case it would have been sold with . This clock although not signed can be attributed to 'Jules' a fine maker of earlier carriage clocks and is numbered 811 , it has the large top glass to view the important original chronometer balance escapement with helical spring . the original pair of blued steel hands , striking on the hour on a bell and once on the half hour , viewing recommended .
