A fine carriage clock in a satin gilt 'Gorge' case. The clock is in very original condition with a white enamel dial showing Roman numerals with the retailers name and address. A large top glass to view the original Bi-metallic, jeweled lever escapement which is also very well engraved with T.Martin 151 Regent Street London. Push repeat and striking on the hour and half hour on a gong. The movement is completely original and serviced, hand polished and sold with a full 12 month guarantee.The movement bears the stamp of Drocourt who supplied T.Martin with their best work and this one is exceptional.
