Mantel Clocks

This good example of a 'fusee' timepiece was made by R.Job of Camden Town , London . He is a recorded maker and worked between 1828-44 . This clock ( timepiece as they are known if they do not strike) with its fine brass inlays is typical of the the late Regency - William IIII period . A convex enamelled dial , signed and showing Roman numerals . Simple spade hands and a cast brass bezel with original lock . Decorations to both sides and locking back door . Circa 1830 . Sold fully overhauled and with a 12 month Guarantee with Keys to both locks . A little gem !
